We didn’t just want to blend tequila with coffee - we wanted to elevate them. Through careful experimentation, we developed a NEW METHOD of coffee extraction, designed to capture the most delicate and intense notes of the bean while remaining in BALANCE with or Blanco’s essence and sugar.

Every great creation starts with an exceptional base. For us, that meant choosing our award-winning, additive-free Cambio Blanco Tequila —a spirit that embodies the purity of hand-selected agave, traditional craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. With its smooth, complex profile and clean finish, it sets the perfect stage for something truly special.

From there, we transition into a meticulous 40-hour cold brew process, using only carefully selected coffee beans from the highlands of Chiapas. This extended steeping time at low temperatures allows for a smoother, more refined extraction, reducing acidity while preserving the bean’s naturally sweet and chocolatey undertones.

To achieve harmony in every sip, we add just 60 grams of organic Veracruz sugar per bottle—nothing more, nothing less. This delicate touch of natural sweetness rounds out the bold, roasted flavors of the coffee while letting the tequila’s agave character shine. No artificial ingredients, no unnecessary additives—just pure, thoughtfully balanced craftsmanship.
